Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing costs, preparing estimates and budgets, analyzing contracts, and providing accurate quantity calculations. You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 -12 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools
- Experience in building, civil projects, retail petroleum industry experience would be an advantage
- Software experience: WINQS, DIMX, MS projects
- Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
