About the Role
Our client, Telebest, is seeking a Sales Agent based in Johannesburg to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the business and securing new deals with prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emails from prospective tenants and gather details.
- Attend viewings arranged by prospective tenants and present units available for sale.
- Source new prospective tenants and promote the business to secure new deals every month.
- Close deals by obtaining lease fee or full deposit payments from tenants.
- Assist clients in completing application forms and explaining the application process.
- Understand and explain lease charges on the pricelist and lease processes.
Requirements
- Ability to understand letting, tenant, and other operational procedures and processes.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Prioritization and working under pressure skills.
- Confident and vibrant personality.
- Hardworking attitude.
- Willingness to be available outside of working hours.
- Well-spoken and presentable communication skills.
- Strong command of the English language (essential).
- Ability to speak at least 3 African languages.
- Excellent telephone etiquette skills.
- Computer literacy of MS Office, Excel (essential).
- At least 1 year of sales experience (essential).
- Matric (essential).
