Our client has an opportunity available for a Sales Agent based in Johannesburg.
Requirements:
- Understand letting, tenant & other operational procedures and processes.
- Can easily adapt to change.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Confident and vibrant personality.
- Very hard working.
- Must be willing to be available outside of working hours.
- Well-spoken and presentable Communication skills.
- Strong command of the English language- essential.
- Ability to speak at least 3 African languages.
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette skills.
- Computer literacy of MS Office, Excel- essential.
- 1+ years sales experience- essential.
- Matric- essential.
- Real Estate qualification- advantageous.
- Clear Credit record and Criminal record.
KPAs:
- Responsible for new deals signed with the company by promoting the business, ensuring new deals are signed every month and includes sourcing prospective tenants.
- Contact prospective tenants to set up viewings and attend arranged viewings with the intention of selling units available in the buildings.
- Reply to emails and get details of prospective tenants.
- Close deals by getting lease fee or full deposit paid by the tenant.
- Reply on emails, get full details of prospective tenants, assist clients in completing the application form and thoroughly explain the application process to clients.
- Ensure your capability to understand and explain lease charges on the pricelist and lease processes.
