About the Role
As a Sales Controller, you will play a key role in driving sales performance through the analysis of sales data from CRM and ROI reporting tools. You will monitor and evaluate sales team performance, ensuring that required actions are effectively implemented to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate continuous quality improvement initiatives within the global CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) environment for the Air & Ocean division.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse country-level feedback related to monthly sales development.
- Compile and consolidate Regional Sales reports to support Regional Management decision-making.
- Support Regional Sales Management with ROI analyses, delivering proactive insights to support decision-making at salesperson level.
- Monitor sales pipelines and evaluate salespeople performance.
- Identify down trending sales performance at individual contributor level across the assigned region and proactively provide insights, recommendations, and action plans to Regional Sales Management.
- Coordinate and maintain sales staffing list.
- Monitor and follow up on down trending customers across the assigned region, ensuring transparency and timely corrective actions.
- Support Trade Lane initiatives through the preparation and delivery of relevant performance and profitability reports.
- Define, implement, and follow up on sales programs and trade campaigns.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support to Global Sales Controlling as required.
- Detect and communicate any potential sales budget deviations promptly.
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years experience in a similar role within clearing and forwarding. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
