We’re Hiring | Sales Representative Location: Pomona Recruiting on behalf of our client in the construction materials industry Hominum Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our clients team at a leading sand, stone, and aggregates supplier . The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales , a strong understanding of the construction materials market , and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers in the industry. Objectives of the Role Generate new business and drive sales growth within the sand, stone, and aggregates sector Maintain and grow existing customer accounts Build and strengthen relationships with construction companies, contractors, and project managers Proactively cold call potential customers within the construction and supply chain industry Identify and pursue sales opportunities , converting leads into successful deals Key Responsibilities Visit construction sites , clients , and existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction Develop new business by targeting contractors, builders, and developers Understand the aggregates and construction materials market to identify opportunities Plan and manage daily and weekly schedules for client visits and lead follow-ups Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders to secure sales Provide product knowledge and assist customers with selecting the right materials Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience Strong customer relationship management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive market Proficient in using PCs, tablets, and mobile devices , with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Valid drivers license and own reliable transport (advantageous for site visits) Salary: R8 to 10K basic with Commission How to Apply: Send your CV and expected monthly salary to
