Job Summary
3 Month contract role with Financial Services company for Senior Scrum Master to Support Scrum / Development Teams. Provide Product Owner Support and Coaching. Support and coaching of Project Manager. Facilitate Scrum Events. Support Scrum/Development Teams Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Teams progress Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the time-box Product Owner Support and Coaching Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed Organisational Support Coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption Planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams Help influence and maintain desired organisational culture Ability to identify levers that will maximise Agile adoption effectiveness and improvement Project Manager Support and Coaching Assist Project Manager in Agile planning Assist Project Manager in Agile rituals Assist Project Manager in Agile execution approach Setting up actionable metrics that will provide insights into deliver Understanding Technical Concepts Test driven development Continuous integration Continuous delivery Agile testing Splitting user stories Agile retrospective games Facilitation of Scrum Events Release planning Sprint Planning Daily Scrums Backlog Refinement Sprint Reviews Team Retrospectives Contact me at the detail provided below.
