The Role: Senior Sales Executive This role exists to drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships across film, TV, video, AV and advertising-funded programming. You will be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities, translating complex production briefs into compelling proposals, and positioning innovative content solutions to senior decision-makers. The role plays a key part in revenue growth and long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities Minimum 10 years of sales experience required while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Develop and grow long-term relationships with existing clients Build and maintain strong connections with industry partners and stakeholders Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals Interpret complex production-related briefs accurately Draft detailed technical quotations and invoices aligned to client requirements Identify brands suitable for advertising-funded programming opportunities Build data-driven business cases highlighting audience engagement, brand alignment and ROI Collaborate with internal production and creative teams on tailored AFP proposals Present AFP concepts to marketing decision-makers using market data and case studies Recommend appropriate broadcast platforms based on audience analytics and research About You Minimum 10 years sales experience, ideally within film, TV, video, media, AV, advertising and/or events Established relationships with blue-chip clients, agencies, AV companies, broadcasters and/or government sectors Strong understanding of sales psychology and long-term client conversion Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets High energy, confidence and strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent relationship-building and networking ability Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and target-driven mindset Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Whats On Offer Basic salary of R25,000 R35,000 per month depending on experience, payslips and skillsets Attractive commission structure with total earning potential of R1 million R2 million per annum Ongoing training, development and networking opportunities Fast-paced, creative working environment with a passionate team and strong company culture Sandton-based offices This role suits a senior sales professional who thrives in a creative, high-performance environment and wants to play a meaningful role in the commercial growth of a leading production business.
