About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist: Automation Test Analyst to join our IT Service Management team. As a senior specialist within our larger testing practice, you will work collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our platform. You will be responsible for driving quality and governance, while also contributing to the development of process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Form part of a larger testing practice to drive quality and governance
- Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and maintain automated test environments and frameworks
- Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for large projects
- Participate in retrospective reviews to introduce efficiencies
- Liaise with stakeholders across the business to build a network that aligns with our ways of work
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Financial Adviser firm, Financial Services Customer Service, or an Investment Platform business
- Advanced diplomas/national degrees in ISTQB certificate in Software Testing (foundational) and Safe Agile certification
- Related test automation qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile project methodology and common testing tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence/Zephyr)
- Solid knowledge and experience of Sonata RDA and their respective integrations in relation to investment platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced diplomas/national degrees
- ISTQB certificate in Software Testing (foundational)
- Safe Agile certification
- Related test automation qualifications
