About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Senior Warehouse Manager to join our top-tier logistics client in Johannesburg. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of inventory and supplies, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-site warehouse operations to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity
- Lead and motivate teams to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems, including WMS, TMS, and EMS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to drive business growth
Requirements
- Matric Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or similar
- 8 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 3-5 years in senior leadership role
- Experience leading multi-site operations
- Solid working knowledge of WMS, TMS, and EMS systems
