  • Coordinate engineering resources, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor scope, delivery risks, budgets, and resource utilisation
  • Ensure customer engagements remain commercially viable and operationally effective
  • Bridge the gap between engineering teams and customer expectations
  • Support technical delivery activities for smaller engagements where required

What You Bring

  • 58 years of experience within service delivery, project management, or service coordination environments
  • Previous hands-on network engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of network lifecycle management, including design, deployment, migration, and validation
  • Exposure to optical transport and networking environments, including DWDM and Layer 0/1 technologies
  • Experience working with customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional delivery environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
  • Ability to work independently across multiple regions and time zones
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of delivery cost drivers and effort estimation
  • Strong organisational, planning, and coordination capability

What Success Looks Like

  • Customer engagements delivered efficiently and within the agreed scope
  • Strong alignment between technical feasibility and delivery execution
