Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for potential solar energy customers through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy solutions and help them choose the best products for their needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy industry, including installers, distributors, and government agencies.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to potential customers, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline developments, and market trends to management.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, incentives, and technological advancements in solar energy to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
