Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the silicone manufacturing industry
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the silicone manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical products and solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Must be physically fit to carry equipment/products
