Job Description

Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in sales, particularly within the manufacturing sector. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the silicone manufacturing industry
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets
Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Provide technical support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the silicone manufacturing industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical products and solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and own transportation
Must be physically fit to carry equipment/products
