About the Role

Our client in the Telecommunications industry is seeking an experienced Temp Retail Sales Consultant to join their team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for selling products across various categories, including IoT and accessories, while providing excellent customer service and training to staff on new products such as Savi and mobilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling accessories and doing instore training with staff on Savi and mobilities

• Researching the market and related products

• Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face-to-face

• Involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities

• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.

• Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets

• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

• Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers

• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions

• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

• Following through with sales

Requirements

• Required to have the shelf displays in store look good according to our product merchandise

• Excellent sales skills

• Need to have his/her own car

• Retail Sales experience – Beneficial in Cellular Industry

• Need to be able to be trained on our brands

• Great Relationship building skills

• Working under pressure, target-driven

• Good communication Skills
