About the Role
Traditional Timjan (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Finance & Procurement Assistant to join our team in Kempton Park. We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven individual with strong Excel skills, good communication and problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Courier & Logistics: Liaising with couriers, obtaining quotes, tracking deliveries, resolving issues (training provided)
- Procurement: Sourcing and comparing supplier quotes, creating purchase orders, following up
- Accounting Support: Basic accounting, working on Sage Cloud, growth into creditors
- Stock & Reporting: Monitoring stock, updating pricing, Excel reporting
- Sales/Admin Support: Assisting sales, admin, invoicing, and general support

Based in Kempton Park with own transport
Fluent in Afrikaans & English
