JOB FUNCTION SALES ADMINISTRATION · Generate/ update sales reports on a weekly basis and update price lists and distribute as required · Monitor Credit Hold Report on a weekly basis to ensure dispatch takes place on time · Follow up on payments to ensure payment is received on time · Maintain sales category codes · Approve AM hold codes on JDE within 24 hours · Manage supply contracts with mining houses as per SLA · Match packaging and transport costs to quoted rate · Respond to commercial queries as required. · Capture and maintain customer Line of Business information in JDE. QUOTATIONS · Save all quotes and supporting documents correctly as per departmental procedures · Maintain contact with key stakeholders regarding possible orders or status of proposals · Follow up on all major quotations and tenders as per the business process · Approve quotes as per business process and within 24 hours CUSTOMER LIAISON · All queries/complaints are handled to customer satisfaction · External and internal customer orders and queries are managed to ensure that expediting is in accordance with set standards · LNs are approved/rejected within 7 days as per business process · Approve customer orders within specified time. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION Distribute weekly and monthly reports by due date Respond to queries on debtors book updates and expediting to satisfaction MANAGE TEAM Adhered to Company HR /Disciplinary policy Project are managed weekly with relevant staff and ensures that team adheres to correct process at all times Performance management is completed for team by review dates, approve development plans and support team in achieving these plans. Approve development plans and support team in achieving these plans. · Grade 12 · At least 5 years relevant sales administration experience in a similar environment, 1-year supervisory experience would be advantageous. · Attention to detail, quality orientated, follows up, customer focused, builds a successful team, problem solver, good communication, planning and organising skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and JDE would be advantageous. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment .
