We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales/Marketing Specialist to help grow our new diaper brand. This role will focus on developing marketing campaigns, managing our online/offline presence, driving sales, and building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, both locally and internationally. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our diaper productsConduct market research and analyse trends to identify new sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with key distributors and retailersManage our brand’s social media platforms and e-commerce presenceTrack and report on marketing performance metricsNegotiate sales contracts and close deals with new clientsPrepare sales presentations, brochures, online content, and reports Requirements:South African Citizen or Permanent ResidentBachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in sales/marketing roles, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing sectorProven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategiesStrong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing, etc.)Drivers licenceExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects.
