About the Role
Network Finance, a leading supplier of wear protection and coating solutions to the mining industry, is seeking a strong Branch Manager to lead its Kathu operations. This role carries full responsibility for branch performance, including managing a Sales Manager and Sales Representatives, driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in the mining or industrial sector
- Proven experience in a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Commercial leadership role
- Strong background in managing and developing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in driving branch profitability, sales targets, and market growth
- Solid technical understanding of wear lining paint systems, abrasion, and corrosion solutions
- Experience selling into mining operations and managing key accounts
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned to business objectives
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Financial and budget management experience (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region
