About the Role

Network Finance, a well-established organization within the agricultural sector, is seeking a BI Manager to join their team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, IT, and strategy, reporting directly to the CFO and playing a key role in improving both strategic and operational decision-making through advanced reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, analyse and translate business and reporting needs into effective BI solutions.
Design and develop BI modules, dashboards and management reports.
Create, analyse and interpret large data sets to support financial and operational decision-making.
Drive improvements in strategic and operational performance through meaningful insights.
Manage and enhance BI reporting frameworks across the organization.
Leverage advanced Excel reporting and BI tools to deliver accurate, timely information.

Requirements

BCom Degree in Accounting or a related qualification.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a financial, IT or reporting environment.
Experience within the financial or IT industry, with exposure to the agricultural sector being advantageous.
Strong interest and demonstrated expertise in data analytics, business intelligence and reporting.
Proven experience working with Power BI.
Exposure to COBOL and IBM systems would be advantageous.
