About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee the management of grain silos, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high-quality products in our agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage grain silo inventory and optimize storage capacity
- Coordinate with farmers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of grains
- Conduct regular inspections to detect pests and maintain grain quality
- Implement fumigation procedures as required by law
- Maintain accurate records of grain movements and inventory levels
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Silo Manager in the Agricultural Industry
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Fumigation & Grain Grading Certificates
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own transport vehicle
