Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated Shift Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team in Lenasia. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment by performing maintenance and repairs as required. Your expertise will play a crucial part in minimizing downtime and maximising productivity in the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily maintenance checks on injection molding machines and decorating/service equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
- Reduce machinery downtime through effective troubleshooting and prompt response to machine stoppages or breakdowns.
- Perform planned maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and address safety concerns in the workplace.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the maintenance area (housekeeping).
- Ensure proper upkeep of maintenance tools and machinery.
- Contribute to production and plant efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
- Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English, including presentations.
- Experience in Injection Moulding machines.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical.
- Ability to work shifts.
