About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Quality & Services Manager for a luxury private reserve located in the remote Okavango Delta. This role is suited to an experienced professional comfortable working in very remote, bush-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery and maintenance of exceptional service standards across the reserve
  • Quality control across all guest services and operational areas
  • Manage and develop service teams to maintain high performance in a remote setting
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as required
  • Coordinate with management to uphold the reserve’s luxury service ethos
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols

Requirements

Proven experience working in remote, bush-based properties or similar environments

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and under challenging conditions
