Hire Resolve’s client is a leading agricultural company, specialized in fruit production. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Accountant with a strong background in the agriculture industry to join their team in the rural area of Letsitele. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial records, conducting audits, and analyzing financial data specific to the agricultural sector. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements for agricultural operations
- Conduct cost analysis and determine the financial viability of farming activities
- Manage farm budgets and track expenses
- Coordinate and oversee inventory management for agriculture-related products
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns specific to the agriculture industry
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Articles Completed
- Proven experience as an Accountant in the agriculture industry
- Strong knowledge of agricultural accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
