Job Description
Duties:
Conduct two game drives per day on rotation
Social media
Deliver exceptional interpretive guiding and guest engagement
Manage lodge maintenance and overall property upkeep.
Assist in staff Management and training.
Support lodge operations and step into management when required
Participate in guest hosting and camp operations.
Conduct weekly town trips when required.
Assist with lodge administration and operational oversight.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a 4 / 5* lodge environment.
Strong guiding background (Trails Guide preferred)

First aid level 1
Valid PRDP
NQF2 (including unit standards 8440&8478)

FOH & Assistant Manager:
Duties:
Lead Manage and train FOH Staff
Oversee central store stock takes and ordering (with Chefs)
Deliver exceptional guest hosting from Arrival to departure.
Oversee room checks, camp readiness, and guest touches.
Handle guest accounts, payments, petty cash and gratuities.
Manage orders and stock control administration.
Conduct weekly town trips when required
Coordinate special guest experiences (sundowners, bush breakfast, etc.)
Requirements:
Proven experience in 4 / 5* lodge environment
FOH experience essential
Strong administrative, organizational and planning skills.
Confident in guest hosting and service excellence.
Ability to manage and lead staff with hands-on approach
High attention to detail with a flair for guest experience and presentation.
