About the Role
MSP Staffing LTD is seeking an experienced General Engineering Supervisor UG to manage their mining team in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and supervisory experience, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing maintenance and operation of heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the mining team in Limpopo
- Oversee maintenance and operation of Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM)
- Ensure effective supervision and training of artisans
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and resources
- Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Senior Certificate
- Diesel Mechanic / Auto electrician / Hydraulic Fitter Trade Test
- N5 Certificate in Engineering Studies
- At least 3 years of experience as an Artisan in a Mining Environment with Trackless Mobile Machinery
- At least 3 years of Supervisory / Foreman Experience in TMM maintenance
Qualifications
- Advanced Management Certificate (advantageous)
