About the Role

A luxury boutique game lodge in Limpopo, South Africa is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of all lodge departments, including: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa & Maintenance
Ensure all departments operate efficiently and maintain high service standards.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Work closely with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Drive profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency.
Lead; motivate, and manage staff to maintain a positive team culture and exceptional guest service.
Address and resolve guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements

57 years of experience in hotel or lodge operations management.
Strong understanding of hospitality management and luxury service standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple departments and teams effectively.
