OPERATIONS MANAGER Luxury Boutique Game Lodge Limpopo, South Africa Salary: R28 000 R32 000 per month A luxury boutique game lodge is seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the property and ensure an exceptional guest experience across all departments. Responsibilities -Oversee the daily operations of all lodge departments, including: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa & Maintenance -Ensure all departments operate efficiently and maintain high service standards. -Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. -Monitor performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations. -Work closely with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. -Drive profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency. -Lead; motivate, and manage staff to maintain a positive team culture and exceptional guest service. -Address and resolve guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Requirements -57 years experience in hotel or lodge operations management. -Strong understanding of hospitality management and luxury service standards. -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Proven ability to manage multiple departments and teams effectively. -Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
