Louis Trichardt: Commercial & Financial Manager (Agri)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Financial Manager to join our team in Louis Trichardt, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership and operational finance, with a keen eye for strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and direction to the organization
• Manage operational finance functions, including budgeting, cash flow management, and controls
• Ensure governance and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Offer strategic support to senior management

Requirements

• AGA(SA) or BCom Accounting / Finance qualification
• Minimum 5 years relevant finance experience
• Minimum 3 years in a management role
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
• Strong understanding of budgets, cash flow, controls, and compliance

Qualifications

• CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification (highly advantageous)
