About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced General Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team in Lydenburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive general management and be able to lead a high-performing sales team in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the dealership, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve individual and team targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a General Vehicle Sales Manager within the Automotive Industry
- Managerial experience within an Automotive Dealership will be beneficial
- Strong Working Knowledge of Automotive General Management disciplines essential
- Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive Dealership environment
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary of between R 30 000 to R 40 000 based on experience. Incentives, benefits, and company vehicle provided.
