About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy lodge in Madikwe, where you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional fine dining experiences and event cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to high standards
- Assist with food planning, ordering, and inventory management
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Support event planning and execution, including catering for events
Requirements
- Experience in Fine Dining and events
- Previous experience in 4/5 Star busy Lodges
- Culinary diploma an advantage
