About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bookings, Events and Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Adventure Activities and Events Venue in Magaliesburg. As a live-in full-time position, you will be responsible for managing activity bookings, coordinating group experiences, and supporting daily operations. This role combines strong customer communication, administrative accuracy, and operational involvement, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the outdoors and is looking for a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from clients to understand their needs and budget
- Consult with clients to recommend suitable activity options and packages
- Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to final execution
- Generate and customise quotes and invoices using Excel
- Coordinate all aspects of each booking, liaising with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams
- Adapt to changing requirements to ensure each booking runs smoothly on the day
- Host events and activities, including coordinating logistics and supplies
- Oversee stock control and catering operations
- Support the overall guest experience
