About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager: Security Risk with a strong background in criminal investigation, security management, and law enforcement to join our team at Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex security issues, incident response, loss control initiatives, evictions, and law enforcement collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mitigate security risks in high-profile areas
- Conduct risk identification and analysis using surveillance systems
- Develop and implement loss control initiatives to minimize losses
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies on investigations and operations
- Ensure compliance with PSIRA regulations and best practices
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members
Requirements
- Grade 12 Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Security Management / Criminology / Law Enforcement / Risk Management, or a related field
- Post Graduate Diploma/ Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) in Security Management / Criminology / Law Enforcement/ Risk Management, or a related field (added advantage)
- Valid Grade A PSIRA Registration Certificate
- Possession of Valid Firearm and Drivers License
