About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join our team in Menlyn, who can thrive in large-scale, enterprise UI environments where performance, consistency, and user experience matter equally to clean code. The ideal candidate will enjoy turning complex business processes into intuitive, reliable, and scalable user experiences and be comfortable owning solutions end-to-end in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Angular applications (v18)
- Implement robust state management using NgRx and RxJS
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, maintainable UI solutions
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
- Support deployment, release, and production environments, including hyper-care
- Provide 3rd-level support for frontend incidents under defined SLAs
- Work with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
- Prepare and maintain technical and system documentation (ISO-aligned)
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retros)
- Coach and mentor less-experienced developers, raising frontend standards across teams
- Collaborate with Product Owners, system owners, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Angular v18 with strong enterprise experience
- JavaScript & TypeScript
- NgRx, RxJS, npm Jest (testing), ESLint, Prettier
- Strong Git version-control practices
- Experience supporting legacy frontend systems under SLA conditions
- Confident communication and stakeholder interaction skills
