About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join our team in Menlyn, South Africa. As a seasoned professional with strong SAP S/4 HANA expertise and a passion for process excellence within a global automotive environment, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and support business processes related to vehicle invoicing
- Investigate and resolve system and process issues in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Work within an agile project team to ensure standardization, process consistency and enhancements
- Ensure documentation is up to date and conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Execute and support ongoing testing activities with a strong focus on automation
- Monitor processes and systems using internal toolsets, following up on regression test results
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Create and manage test cases, perform quality testing, and handle exception management
- Support go-live activities through selective monitoring and stabilization in markets
- Provide ad-hoc business process support to 1st and 2nd level helpdesks
- Collaborate with internal Testing and Process Improvement teams to enhance stability and efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in IT project process implementation, particularly within sales and financial/accounting processes based on SAP S/4 HANA
- Strong process and accounting knowledge (vehicle automotive sales & finance experience highly advantageous)
- Proven experience in: Process monitoring, Test execution, Test automation (Tosca advantageous but not required)
- Extensive experience working within Agile methodologies
- Strong process design experience in: SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI, SAP CO
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong business acumen
- Flexibility for planned and unplanned international travel
- Knowledge of SAP VMS (Vehicle Manager), AIF and BRF (SAP certification advantageous)
