About the Role
We are currently seeking highly motivated and effective Call Centre Agents / Customer Care Agents to join our team in Midrand. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through accurate and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services

- Effective Communication: Clear verbal and written communication is essential
- High School (Matric) preferred
