Job Description

Qualification Matric / Senior Certificate Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in data capturing preferably in the project and design department, capturing of spares lists, catalogue data and manuals. Compiling of manuals explaining the operation of the new design applications. Administration experience with documentation ad costing requirements for proposals and contracts. Experience with packing, schedules, lists and tags. An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. An excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets is essential. High accuracy and attention to detail Good communication when clarifying missing or unclear data Duties Generating and issuing of expediting follow-up reports based on the suppliers weekly reports to the company’s expediting and QC team to highlight any potential late equipment that needs to be overseen or expedited. Prepare, capture, update, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and records. Checking Spares Posters for equipment against compiled Spares Lists Costing capturing for complete mine spares lists required to be issued by the aftermarket/spares team. Data capture of catalogue data (an example would be gear reducer catalogue tables). Assisting with compiling of Manuals, Data Books and Basic Quality Documentation. Assisting with the documentation and costing requirements for proposals and contacts. Assisting with compiling manuals explaining the operation of the new design applications.
