About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Data Manager with expertise in insurance analytics and business insights to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting, analytics, and actionable insights across the insurance value chain, contributing to enhanced business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of business reporting, analytics, and performance insights across the insurance function.
- Analyse trends and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support decision-making across pricing, underwriting, claims, retention, and sales performance.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions to improve operational and commercial performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations and strategic insights.
Requirements
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

- Strong technical capability in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
