About the Role
We are seeking an assertive and driven Centurion: Sales Consultant to join our vibrant, energetic, yet disciplined sales team. As a hunter-style Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for growing our client base through active prospecting and relationship building. This is a pure business development role focused on identifying opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, conducting face-to-face meetings, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings to understand customer needs and offer tailored logistics solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution offerings
- Maintain accurate sales activity reporting and pipeline management
- Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to ensure service excellence
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in a sales-driven environment
- Strong face-to-face sales experience
- Sales background within Courier and Freight will be a distinct advantage
- Proven hunter mentality with solid cold calling and business development experience
- Minimum qualification: Matric
- Assertive, confident, and self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
