About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Graduate Management Accountant to join as part of their finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in management accounting, working closely with senior members of the finance team to learn and develop skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist in the month-end close process.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.
- Assist in implementation of new ERP system.
- Assist and manage all ad-hoc tasks requested by the CFO office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 0-1 years experience in a Management Accountant role within ICT sector.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Sage X3 (would be an advantage).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Aptitude for learning and growth.
