About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern in Industrial Psychology. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with consultant teams, provide change management support, train admin staff, and contribute to logistical arrangements. You will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement and reporting on change management progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide change management support to consultant
- Train administrative staff (arranging venues, inviting candidates, capturing attendance, arranging access to LMS, training reports etc.)
- Change Management Reporting

Requirements
- Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in industrial psychology (e.g. Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Arts (BA), or Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSocSc) with Industrial/Organisational Psychology as a major)
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite, email, and Internet
- No criminal record
- Currently unemployed
- Not participating on another learnership or internship program
- Live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area)
