About the Role

The Junior Portfolio Manager role in our Milnerton office offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in body corporate/sectional title management. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budget preparation and financial administration
  • Extensive email correspondence with trustees, owners, and contractors
  • Drafting notices, issuing fines, and maintaining compliance documentation
  • Preparing meeting agendas and taking accurate minutes
  • Understanding and following meeting procedures for trustee meetings and AGMs
  • Supporting or independently managing sectional title portfolios (depending on experience)
  • Attending after-hours trustee meetings and AGMs

Requirements

  • Experience in body corporate/sectional title management
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
  • Financial or accounting background (strong advantage)
