Responsible for assisting lodge manager in all areas of lodge management; reservations, office administration, front of house and service, lodge staff management, marketing.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Tourism / Hospitality Qualification
Minimum 2 years working experience in 4*or 5* lodge environment
Staff management experience
Food & Beverage Experience
Computer literate essential + knowledge of Nightsbridge booking system
Administrative skills and experience
Hosting experience and service
Good administration skills/attention to detail
Some marketing knowledge or experience
Valid Drivers License
Field Guide / Lodge & Reserve Maintenance:
Responsible for client nature experience, (nature drives, guided walks, hiking/MTB trails) land management support under farm manager, maintenance of guest activity equipment, trails and locations, assisting with general maintenance, front of house and service.
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s license & PDP
Minimum 1 years guiding experience
FGASA Level 1 or equivalent qualification
Good general bush knowledge of Lowveld area
Speciality knowledge of birds/trees a bonus
Hosting experience and service
General maintenance skills and experience
Land management experience (knowledge of land maintenance and invasive removal, etc)
