About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences over the phone, resolving client queries, and capturing essential data to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers telephonically
• Assist and resolve client queries
• Follow up on complaints
• Capturing vouchers
• Month end stats for manager
• Purchase orders
• Follow up on invoices
• Assist clients with service requests
• Assist with route planning
• Bookings for accommodations for technicians
• Assist clients with service requests
• Orders and month end forecasting
• Sourcing quotations
• Assisting depot managers if needed
• Telesales – New policy sign up queries and sign ups
