About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Stock Coordinator to join our team in Nelspruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project stock, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to projects. With 2 years of experience in project stock or materials coordination, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and track stock movements
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Review and approve Bill of Materials (BOMs) and drawings
• Maintain accurate records of project stock levels and inventory management
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve stock-related issues

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in project stock or materials coordination
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read BOMs/drawings
• Strong administrative capability and ERP system experience
• Ability to multitask across several projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (if applicable)
