About the Role
The Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager to join their team. As a key member of the audit department, you will be responsible for leading audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead audits of ICT, Operations, and Finance functions
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans
- Ensure compliance with operational and financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Provide guidance on information technology environments for regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement internal controls, frameworks, and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
- Maintain sound knowledge of IT governance, COBIT, King Code of Corporate Governance, IFRS, GAAP requirements, and SAICA rules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Auditing / Computer Science / Information Technology / Audit / Finance / Accounting or related field (NQF Level 7)
- Honours Degree in Internal Auditing / Computer Science / Information Technology / Audit / Finance / Accounting or related field (NQF Level 8)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- 5 to 8 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 3 years of experience leading audit teams
- Valid driver’s license
