Stock Controller | Luxury Safari Lodge | North West Province

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Stock Controller for a luxury safari lodge situated in the North West Province.

This is an excellent opportunity for a stock management professional with strong administrative skills and experience working within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, managing inventory levels and ensuring effective stock control procedures are implemented across the property.

Package

Salary: R13,000 per month
Live-in position

Requirements

Previous stock control experience within hospitality, lodges or hotels preferred
Experience using Tall Order stock management system is essential
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
Monitor stock movement and identify discrepancies
Process stock orders, deliveries and transfers
Ensure all stock control procedures are followed correctly
Generate and analyse stock reports
Work closely with department heads to maintain optimal stock levels
Assist with budgeting and cost control initiatives
Maintain supplier records and supporting documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
