Northern Cape: MILLING AND STORAGE MANAGER (JAN KEMPDORP, NORTHERN CAPE) posted by MPRTC Recruitment

• Tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Operations Management
• 3–5 years’ operational management experience
• Strong understanding and experience with lucerne as a commodity
• Knowledge of risk management within an agricultural environment
• Experience managing production efficiency and preventative maintenance
• Ability to manage and motivate local teams
• Experience working with third-party storage suppliers
• Lucerne grading certificate advantageous
