About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Paarl, responsible for managing workshop bookings and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule workshop service and repair bookings
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Conduct follow-up calls after services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Send reminders for upcoming services and maintenance
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records on the system
- Liaise with service advisors and workshop staff to coordinate bookings
- Promote additional services and drive customer retention
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or automotive environment
- Computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office)
