About the Role

An established upmarket restaurant in Stellenbosch is seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager to join their team. This exciting hospitality opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills, excellent guest relations experience, and a passion for premium dining environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Ensuring excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
  • Managing and supervising restaurant staff

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field (beneficial)

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent guest relations and communication skills

Good understanding of restaurant financial controls and cost management
