Location: Paarl, Western Cape
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join their Research and Development team as a Junior R&D Developer. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior developers to design, develop, and test new products and features.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new software products and features
– Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
– Test and debug code to ensure high quality and performance
– Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends
– Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software products
– Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
– Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
– Experience with software development tools and frameworks
– Familiarity with database management systems and web technologies
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with Agile development methodologies
– Knowledge of Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence concepts
– Previous internship or work experience in a software development role
