Job Summary

Requirements:

Proven 2 – 5 years working experience in a procurement environment knowledge of the Operations environment will be a benefit. Qualification Grade 12 (matric). Attention to detail. Good reading and writing skills. Computer Literate to work on MS Outlook, Excel, Word. Good communication skills, verbal and written. Team player and friendly disposition.

Responsibilities:

Give support to the Operations Support Manager for the Operations activities of the allocated sites and projects. Perform all procurement activities incl. follow up on orders for clients and with suppliers. Preparing all documentation for eventual payments (including communication with suppliers, collecting of all relevant supporting documents). Prepare quotations for clients and maintain quote books. Manage stock levels with the site personnel assistance including stock service agreements. Administrative and support services in order to ensure effective, efficient and on-time administrative operations. Manage and reconcile maintenance actions for approvals and payments. HR queries, documentation and administrative functions. Assist with reports as required for contract and projects progress meeting preparation and requirements from the database system. Prepare the timesheets for all personnel for payroll. Control PPE allocation and distribution for all personnel. Prepare monthly client allocations. Assisting with any ad hoc financial tasks as requested from time to time. If you do not hear from us within two weeks of applying, you may assume that your application was unsuccessful.
