About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to join our team at HEH SIGNS GROUP. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- HR – Pastel Payroll & HR
- Bookkeeping – Sage One
- Able to update accounting to trial balance
- Provide VAT reports to accountants for payment
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain filing systems and company records
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks
- Debtors and Creditors
- Book accommodation for traveling teams
- Any other ad-hoc duties requested by employer
Requirements
- 3 years experience in Sage and Pastel Payroll & HR
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English & Afrikaans
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and professionalism
