About the Role
A well-established company within the professional skincare industry is seeking a professional, well-presented and client-focused Receptionist to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area, front-desk duties and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage front-desk duties, including answering calls, responding to enquiries and directing queries appropriately
- Coordinate bookings, appointments and the reception calendar
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial and administrative records
- Assist with stock control, product orders and inventory administration
- Compile monthly sales, income and stock reports
- Perform general office administration, including emails, filing, record-keeping and daily administrative support
- Build strong client relationships and support the promotion of services and products where required
- Provide administrative support to management when needed
Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years receptionist, front desk or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative and financial processes effectively
- Professional, reliable, proactive and accountable
- Experience with ESP software would be advantageous
